By accessing or using Surgepulse Helpdesk ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Surgepulse Helpdesk is a multi-tenant ticket management platform that enables organizations to create, track, and resolve customer support tickets with SLA enforcement, role-based access control, and reporting capabilities.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service, including ticket data, comments, and attachments. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the platform.

6. Service Plans and Payment

The Service offers Free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Promo codes are subject to their individual terms and expiration dates.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. You may delete your account through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Surgepulse Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
